Thanks for the cooking blog name suggestion, eric, but I have decided to go with "Joyce of Cooking". I needed a hobby, haha ,yea even with my 3 jobs. But something that didn't cost a lot of money, so therefore the cooking blog was created.

It's a combination of Mike and Joyce, a hung-flip. Yea, right, a hung-flip...nobody will believe that!
